1. Who we are and the scope of these terms
EvoPixel operates evopixel.ro and its own ecosystem services that link to these terms, including Account, Music, Books, Games, Radio and community servers. For questions, requests or complaints, contact contact@evopixel.ro.
These terms set out general usage rules. An order, subscription or collaboration also has specific conditions disclosed before acceptance. Visiting the website does not itself place an order, grant publishing rights or provide blanket consent to personal data processing. External services have their own terms.
2. Your account and use of the services
Keep your password confidential, provide accurate information and use only accounts and features you are authorised to access. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. Signing in through an external provider does not automatically grant administrative roles.
Respect the law, other people's rights and community rules. Fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorised data access, bypassing restrictions and disrupting services are prohibited. Minors must meet the age requirements of the services they use and obtain their legal representative's approval where required by law to enter a contract.
3. Books, music, games and copyright
Book and game authors, and music artists, retain their copyright. Submitting a project does not transfer those rights to EvoPixel. Preparation, publication, distribution and promotion take place within the licence and agreement for that project, including its duration, territories, platforms and any exclusivity.
You must hold the rights or permissions needed for the materials you supply, including text, music, images, voices, code and third-party elements. For modified games, rights in the original game remain with their respective holders. Giving credit or distributing a project free of charge does not replace permission needed to modify or redistribute it.
Covers, trailers, previews and catalogue information present the projects. Viewing them does not grant a reuse or redistribution licence. Release status, availability and supported platforms may change. Purchases on external platforms are subject to the relevant seller's terms without limiting statutory consumer rights.
4. Creative services, prices and revenue
Services may include editing, project preparation and publication, visual materials, audio or video production and promotion. The offer and agreement for each request define the deliverables, required materials, revisions, schedule, total price, applicable taxes and any platform costs. Additional work is agreed before it is performed; a price listing does not promise unlimited services.
Current prices and service limits appear on the relevant studio website. The publishing commission applies as agreed to amounts actually received from distributors or platforms, not automatically to the gross price paid by a buyer. Creator allocations, reporting, payments and adjustments for refunds or distributor deductions are defined in the project agreement. Non-monetised modified games do not incur a commission on non-existent revenue.
For an already published game, a DLC or major update may require a separate request and fee under the offer. Ordinary patches have no additional publishing fee under the current offer; developing new features is not automatically included. EvoPixel fees are separate from any Steam, Epic Games or other platform charges.
Social account creation and pre-release promotion are subject to the offer's limits. Post-release management is a separate service if requested. The number of accounts, billing interval, activities, creator access and cancellation are agreed before ordering. We do not guarantee a particular number of sales, streams or followers, or acceptance by a platform.
5. Consumers, withdrawal and complaints
When you enter a distance contract as a consumer, you generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Send a clear withdrawal statement to the contact address, identifying your order. Starting a service during that period requires your express request; a proportionate charge for work already performed may be payable on withdrawal if the legal conditions are met.
Loss of withdrawal rights for a fully performed service or immediately supplied digital content applies only under the statutory conditions, including the required express consent and acknowledgements. A service being digital or customised does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Statutory conformity, remedy and refund rights remain unaffected. For a purchase on an external platform, you may need to address the seller identified at checkout.
6. Community, radio, applications and careers
Playing on community servers requires compliance with their rules. Leaderboards reflect server records, may be delayed and do not guarantee rewards. Radio and media are provided for listening or viewing through the available features, with respect for rights holders.
Submitting a request or job application does not guarantee acceptance, employment, pay or an administrative role. Salary estimates and profit participation ranges are indicative; final conditions require a contract. Section Manager profit participation is individual and does not confer shares or ownership in the company. Responsibilities and access are assigned separately, and EvoPixel management makes the final collaboration decision.
7. Availability and protective measures
Maintenance, incidents or provider problems can cause interruptions. Service issues can be reported to the contact address. We may restrict access as necessary to protect services or address rule violations, proportionately to the circumstances. You may request reasons and review; details may be withheld temporarily where disclosure would compromise security or breach the law.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or mandatory consumer rights. Suspension does not automatically remove existing obligations for paid services or refunds that are due.
8. Privacy, changes and disputes
Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. Revised terms are published here with their version date. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order; significant changes to an ongoing service are communicated through available channels and apply in accordance with law and contract.
You may contact us first to resolve a problem. Romanian law applies without removing mandatory protections available to consumers under the law applicable to them. We do not impose compulsory arbitration or restrict access to competent courts, ANPC or other competent authorities.
